- Implemented the Malls Core Leasing & Revenue systems, Business Process Automation, POS Integrations with Retailers for Sales data capture, Computer Aided Facility management systems and Business Performance Dashboards & Insights
- Established a Malls Digital Platform to publish Retailers’ content, promotions and events seamlessly on websites, mobile apps and social media. Created a Self-service Retailer E-Services platform to connect 1400 retailers providing them with a host of information and transactional services.
